Milica graduated at the University of Amsterdam Law School, with a master on intellectual property rights in 1999. Starting ten years ago as a general practice lawyer, Milica has broad knowledge on most aspects of civil law and extensive litigation experience. This provides her with a wide view on the matter at hand and an approach from more than the obvious perspective. As an intellectual property attorney she specializes in copyright, design rights and trademark rights. Moreover, she has expertise in drafting software contracts, licensing and counterfeit issues. Milica has a special interest for the field of tension between copyright and internet, and advised ISP's, right holders and bloggers on this subject. In addition, Milica can assist webshops and other service providers on the relevant legal aspects, such as privacy, data retention and distance contracts. She has a soft spot for the creative industry, having worked for, among others, television and film producers.
